Our guarantee to you is accurate, professional work from experienced property professionals, led by Chartered Architects and Surveyors. Although most surveys take around an hour, calculations and data input continue back at our office, in addition to travel time and fuel costs. One way in which we can reduce our cost to you is by offering a web order discount, as this reduces our admin time. When you order online, we will get back to you normally under 2 hours to arrange an appointment time – all our prices are also available on the drop down menu on the order form.
