COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Built Energy aim to deliver a high standard of service at all times and expect our Assessors to carry out their role in a professional and courteous manner. However, should you have a complaint regarding our Energy Assessors or an Energy Assessment, please report it to Built Energy immediately by telephone on: 028 3752 4799. We take all Client complaints very seriously, as our business would not exist without you and your referrals. Our procedure is to log complaints and forward our Complaint Record Form to the complainant by return, together with a copy of our Terms & Conditions. Once the exact nature and details of the complaint have been clearly stated on the Complaint Record Form, we ask that it is returned to: Customer Services, Built Energy, Rokeby House, Rokeby Green, The Mall, Built Energy will issue a written response within 7 working days in an effort to resolve the complaint and will comply with the Accreditation Scheme and Customer Complaints Procedure set out by Quidos (our Government accredited software provider) acting as Arbitrator. |
