We aim to be competitive, but understand that you may order an epc for less, probably from a less qualified, less reputable provider. Our guarantee to you is very simple - we provide accurate, professional work from experienced property professionals, led by Chartered Architects and Surveyors.

Although most surveys take around an hour, calculations and data input continue back at our office, in addition to travel time and fuel costs. One way in which we can reduce our cost to you is by offering a web order discount as this reduces our admin time. When you order online, we will get back to you normally under 2 hours to arrange an appointment time – all our prices are also available on the drop down menu on the order form.

USEFUL INFORMATION

It is our aim to create a BUILT ENERGY assessment that is as accurate as possible and would appreciate if you could help us by:

  • Providing guarantees or invoices for installations such as, heating boilers, double glazing, insulation etc.
  • Having a responsible adult at the premises for the duration of the inspection, unless the property is vacant.
  • Making all parts of the property accessible, including basements and attic spaces.
  • Ensuring that all pets are locked away in an ‘out house', or off the premises.
  • Putting away money, jewellery and anything that could be easily broken.
